Your brand logo and QR code will be carefully carved into a beautiful piece of solid light Oak and painted black and then finished with a matt coating of varnish bring out the woods natural grain, beauty and protect the wood.

Available in 3 sizes 
Small - 12cm (H) x 12cm (W) x 2.5cm (D)   
Medium - 16cm (H) x 16cm (W) x 2.5cm (D)
Large - 18cm (H) x 26cm (W) x 2.5cm (D)

This plaque can be fitted with a keyhole hanger if you would like to hang it on the wall.  
To place your order simply 
1.  Choose the size you would like your plaque to be
2. Add any additional wording you would like on the plaque (other than what is already on your logo) in the personalisation box.  If no extra wording is required simply add N/A
3. Choose if you would like it to be fitted with a keyhole hanger on the back or, if you are planning on displaying it on a shelf,  left without.
After placing your order, simply send me your logo and QR code in either Jpeg or PDF format.  Once I have received, I will lay the design out and send you a proof  to check and ensure you are happy with the design (please see example computer image).
